On the cusp of my graduation from Chaminade, I realize that although I will miss many things about my high school life, I am ready to move on. Throughout the year, I have applied to various universities, and have dedicated a great deal of thought to how I see myself in five, and ten years. In the end, I decided to act on my passion for biology, and pursue a degree in Life Sciences at McMaster University in Hamilton. I will be leaving home for the first time, and filling out all the paperwork now, finally makes it seem real. This is a very exciting time, and I am looking forward to exploring new opportunities and pathways in science, and in life. I do not yet have a clear picture as to where I see myself in the future, but if my past and present are any indication, a bright future awaits!
